i have a problem with words being unreturned. i take it hard.

after all that has gone, it doesn't take much to scare me.

so many little somethings and i'm afraid to add them up into something more. the last time i tried my math was off and what i thought was simple addition was in fact the worst kind of subtraction. now i pretend it's algebra, geometry, and physics so advanced i can't comprehend.

i'd ask for a sign but it'd have to be a big one. a blatant one. flashing and neon.
